What is BookingLoop?
BookingLoop is the conversion layer for Zenoti businesses. It lives on the website you already have, books the service they came for, can grow the ticket in the flow, sends drop-offs to your CRM, and can send paid visits back to Google Ads.
Does this replace Zenoti?
No. Zenoti stays the system of record. BookingLoop works around it. Appointments and paid tickets still land in Zenoti.
Do I have to rebuild my website?
No. Built to work with the site and brand you already have. Book opens on the service they came for.
Do I design the widget myself?
No. Branding and the on-site experience are built by BookingLoop during onboarding. You do not become a widget designer.
What happens when someone starts booking and leaves?
They started booking and left. BookingLoop sends that intent to your CRM so your team can follow up before the opportunity goes cold. Traffic you paid for should not just disappear.
What about my CRM?
Drop-offs can go to the follow-up system you already use. We review your stack on the demo.
What happens with Google Ads?
Eligible paid visits can be reported server-side to Google Ads, so the campaign can learn from revenue, not only from they booked. Walked through at setup.
Is a phone call a conversion?
No. A call is not a conversion. If an ads call becomes a paying visit, that paid outcome can ride the same server-side path. Not every call. The ones that turn into money.
Do I have to buy managed ads?
No. Run your own campaigns or let us manage them. Either way, the same BookingLoop data can go back to Google.
Do you guarantee ROAS?
No. Better ROAS is the direction. No guaranteed number on this page.
What about privacy?

What happens on the demo?
We show BookingLoop running on a demo site, then talk through your website, Zenoti, and ads. Going live is onboarding. You already paid for the traffic.
